Bali also provides the tourist with many markets to satisfy the shopping needs and more. Local crafts, such as wood carvings and precious metal works and other a are high on the agenda as is local hand woven cloth.
Be prepared to bargain as its expected that prices will come down to some extent. A little tip is to take cash to the markets (credit cards are not usually accepted at markets) and plenty of small change as small denomination notes are not readily available.
There is so much to do in Bali to cater for all desires. Its no wonder that it is considered by many to be the most interesting and beautiful of island holiday destinations in the world. Why not take the family or better still go yourself and bring out a bit of the Robinson Crusoe in yourself.
